Moog Liberation

Description

Moog Liberation is a polyphonic analog synthesizer released by Moog Music in 1983. It was the first polyphonic analog synthesizer released by Moog Music since the 1970s. It has been used by a variety of artists, including Depeche Mode, The Cure, and New Order.

The Moog Liberation is a subtractive synthesizer, meaning it creates sound by subtracting frequencies from an oscillator. It has two oscillators, two envelopes, two low-frequency oscillators, and a 24dB/octave filter. It also has a built-in arpeggiator and a noise generator. The Liberation also features a unique "LFO-controlled filter" which allows the user to control the filter's cutoff frequency with an LFO. This allows for a wide range of sound manipulation.
