Roland TB-03 is a digital version of the original TB-303 bassline synthesizer, implemented using ACB (Analog Circuit Behaviour). It has mostly the same physical layout and features as the original TB-303, with some added features, such as a LED digit display, overdrive and delay effects and an optional, simplified programming mode.

The TB-03 can be powered with batteries or using a micro-USB power adapter and it has a built-in speaker for mobile use. It can also be connected directly to the Roland MX-1 mixer digitally using USB. Alternatively, it has a MIDI input for external sequencing or DAW control.
