The Roland JP-08 Boutique Sound Module is a compact, four-voice analog synthesizer module that is part of the Roland Boutique series. It is designed to recreate the classic sounds of the iconic Roland Jupiter-8 synthesizer from the 1980s. It has been used by a variety of artists, including Daft Punk, Skrillex, and Deadmau5.

The JP-08 works by using a combination of analog and digital circuitry to recreate the classic sounds of the Jupiter-8. It features two oscillators per voice, a low-pass filter, an envelope generator, and a built-in chorus effect. It also has a built-in arpeggiator and a step sequencer for creating complex patterns. Additionally, it has a USB port for connecting to a computer and a MIDI input for connecting to other MIDI devices.
